He has worked in key roles for reputed multinational organizations like United Spirits, ICICI Prudential, Bharti Axa, Tata AIA, Reliance Nippon and D.Y. Patil Healthcare with exposures to India and International markets.

Currently as the Executive Director for Vishwa Samudra Holdings, Shivdutt is responsible for the functions of Treasury, Risk, Corporate Governance & Legal with International Business subsidiaries at the Group level. He also mentors the group level finance function with internal and external stakeholder management. With the Vishwa Samudra Group handling projects valued at over US $ 2.3 Bn, he is responsible for fund raising for projects in India and overseas. Shivdutt’s strong focus on innovation and implementation has enabled the Vishwa Samudra Group to become a major conglomerate in India.

With academic qualifications in Economics from Utkal University, Odisha, Management in Financial Services from Harvard Business School, Boston, USA and Post-graduation Diploma in Human Resources from National Institute of Human Resources, his inclination to academia and research is still a high point.
